We understand that punctuality is vital for our passengers, and Primera Air strives to ensure that all flights operate according to schedule. However, due to the nature of air travel, delays and cancellations are unavoidable and do occur from time to time. Primera Air follows EU regulations in relation to delays and cancellations. Here you can read about your rights in connection with denied boarding, long delays, cancellations and assistance.
To be eligible for any of the rights listed in the Regulation, passengers must have a confirmed reservation on the flight and possess a boarding pass. Claimants must provide their name and contact details, the names of other passengers being claimed for and their contact details, a copy of the boarding pass and details of the flight disruption.
If you are contacting us on behalf of someone else, we require a signed confirmation from the traveling person authorising you to act on their behalf.
